Legacy identifiers

During October, we have been developing an update of the TV API which adds our PA TV IDs across the resources in the API to expose the legacy identifiers and ease migration.
This change is being distributed to all clients for feedback before we release the update so if you have any comments after seeing the latest addition, please send those over to your PA contact.
